We were organising a SMU sporting event with a sizeable order of more than 200 pieces of t-shirts with varied designs and permutation of printing on the front, back and on the sleeve. Luminous printing was most prompt, patient and responsive to our multiple queries and changes to T-shirt requirements throughout the entire engagement over whatsapp and email. Despite our very short lead time of less than 7 working days when we confirmed our order, Luminous was able to quickly coordinate with us on the final art and printing. Delivery was on time, t-shirts are packed and organised in their respective sizes, and are all accounted for. The printing of the t-shirts is of high quality (the colour gold is perfect and looked so beautiful). The final product looked exactly as promised. I also understand that Luminous also offers one of the lowest cost of t-shirt printing in Singapore after some market research.
