Is it worth it to purchase from here? Well.... if you have the LUXury of time, and love to take initiative to chase the team instead of the team proactively giving you updates, sure go ahead. The small positive is that the quality of the lights is like made-in-China-but-not-too-bad quality kind of light. But we shall see how long they last. Would I repurchase from the store? Mmmm maybe not. --------------------------------------------------- Before purchasing the package, I messaged the business number and the guy on the line was very friendly and super responsive. Everything kinda went downhill after I purchased the package. There was no delivery confirmation email so all the arrangements had to be made via messages. The number I had initially communicated with became super unresponsive and I had to chase them multiple times for the delivery date of the products. The day before my lights were supposed to be delivered, I had to personally chase the guy and he told me it would be pushed back due to national holiday. I was alright with the delay but would've appreciated if the team told me in advance. I waited the 2 days and there was no reply. A day after the lights were supposed to be delivered, the guy was super unresponsive and only replied me at the end of the day that it would be delayed again. I had to have multiple calls and push the team to get the lights finally delivered to me 3 days after the agreed upon date of delivery. It was utterly disappointing to see that the customer service was lacking when communicating with me. THEN. After the lights were delivered, I was doing a check and realised they had MISSED out a light. I had to get in touch with the team again to fact find and figure out what light I ordered was missing. As there was never any hardcopy receipt of the delivery, it was lucky that I had the mind to take a picture of the delivery order the delivery guy had and promptly kept. Then I could prove that there was a missing product from the order and have it redelivered to me. LAST. The guy initially informed me that I would get my missing light on a Tuesday. Monday was a public holiday so Tuesday (day of delivery) I texted the number to ask what time it would be delivered. But, guess what? The team said "we're clearing backlog from the long holidays" and my missing light would be delivered on Thursday. Great. So my lights initially were delivered late. Then it was missing a light from the package which I had to chase the team for. THEN I find out that the delivery would be delayed because of long holiday backlog? I can't understand why my unfulfilled order was not prioritised and the customer service team made no effort to try and give me an earlier date to resolve the issue. I finally have the missing light, after a long and somewhat arduous wait. But I do not think it was worth the money and the effort trying to get my lights.

Do not buy... extremely unprofessional...worst customer service. These people should not be in business.. wish i had read the reviews on google before placing the order. The website assures, if you see the stock online, its available. But after placing the order, i was told that the stock is unavailable and it will be only available in few weeks. I chased them every few weeks for updates and they kept saying we are not back from holidays yet so cannot confirm stock. After 8 weeks and multiple check ins, the product was finally delivered but it was the wrong color. After chasing multiple times, the person stopped responding on WhatsApp. The same product is available on shoppee for half the price but i ordered from lux-lumens thinking buying from sn SG seller would be better quality and service. Anyways the stock was shipped from china so why pay the middleman for a terrible service.
