Simply lovely experience with my last minute flower shopping on Christmas Eve, didn’t think that any florists would be open, but was happy to find exactly what I needed and given great service the moment I walked into Luxe, Lynne was really sweet and did a wonderful job for me - and charges very reasonably too! Great find!

The bouquet received is fresh and the arrangement of flowers are great. The aunty in Luxe Floral is friendly and meticulous as she listens and gives best opinions to suit our needs.

Exceptional customer service!! The lady owner is very nice and accommodating, always give good recommendations, sometimes even give extra flowers without extra charge. There’re wide selections of beautiful imported flowers and all in good quality, importantly it can last for long time! Would recommend this for flower lovers. ❤️??

I'm so thankful to have met Lynne for my wedding bouquet, floral hairband and floral decorations! It's been so stressful planning our wedding during COVID, but Lynne is always full of smiles and positivity. During our first appointment, we didn't have a clear theme in mind, but she was so patient to show us her past works, and even showcased her blooms in the shop to give us inspirations! We walked in not knowing anything but walked out having clear visions of what would suit our personalities and our wedding venue :) There were many uncertainties due to the ever-changing regulations, but she was really understanding to all our concerns. I felt like I was talking to a kind, gentle mum who is really invested in our wedding and wants only the best for all of us :') I'll let the pictures do the talking... the bouquet is spectacular and many bees visited it during our photo-taking ? The floral hairband (4th pic) which was hand-crafted by Lynne was also a dream come true for me, and many friends loved how it contributed to my overall wedding outfit <3 The venue decorations were lovely as well and many guests were impressed with the overall venue visuals! (Disclaimer: In the first photo, the solemnisation table and chair decors were kindly provided by my wedding venue. Everything else (the backdrop and the aisle floral stands) were done by Luxe Floral :))

I sent a last minute order to Lynn for a birthday bouquet. And she was exceptionally prompt and patient to all my queries. My friends and I were overly surprised to receive an outstanding bouquet at a very very reasonable price.
