Było OK. Dobra lokalizacja względem metra, jedzenia ulicznego, centrum. Basen na 7 piętrze jest znacznie lepszy, niż ten na 19. Kilka drobiazgów i niedogodności: Pozostawione czyjeś brudy w pralce Kurz w kątach Niedziałająca telewizja Pokoje dość ciasne, brak miejsca, aby otworzyć walizkę. Największe zaskoczenie: Pani udostępniająca klucze poprosiła nas, abyśmy pod żadnym pozorem nie otwierali nikomu drzwi, a w razie pytań, co tu robimy, mówili, że jesteśmy przyjaciółmi Bena... nie lubie kłamać. Na szczęście nie musiałem. Nikt nie pytał, ale na klatce schodowej i przy wejściu wywieszone napisy o zakazie wynajmu krótkoterminowego, a w mieszkaniu wisi instrukcja konspiracyjna. Przesyłam jej zdjęcie. Gdybym wiedział o powyższym pewnie nie wynająłbym tego mieszkania.

Booked and paid for a trip in May 2020. This mob won’t even respond to emails. They should be banned from booking.com, assuming that they exist at all. This is totally unacceptable.........

The management was rude and coudnt help us solved our problems..and even threaten to call police to intimidate us but didnt even call police..If the Management knows that they hve a problem they should resolve it instead of arguing with us..For a Suite this place have a very poor management skill..

Host went no show on checking date. No checking details send or any sort of information given to us.agoda have to do a refund for us and worst no alternative or re location. Staycation plan all ruin. I think this is a scam. Book at ur own risk. Do not book this place especially if u are a tourist

Do not ever deal with this provider, business suite in Singapore via booking.com Due to covid19 situation I had to cancel my booking for 4 night. Business Suite then agreed to refund half of the amount charged which is Sgd545.26. They promised me on 7th April 2020 that this would be completed within 10-15 working days. They never did. When I followed up they responded on 31 May 2020 that they had problem with payment gateway and asked me to raise a charge back for the refund amount so they can refund it. I did raise it but then the charge back was declined. Business suite should have agreed to the investigation by the bank and refund me half of the original charged amount. There is no integrity with Business Suite. I am a father of 2 and this amount of money means a lot to me. I have been reasonable in asking only half of the amount originally charged for 4 night booking. Zero integrity. Booking.com hasn't been helpful at all and simply washed their hands clean. They did nothing more than passing along messages between myself and business suite. DO THE RIGHT THING BUSINESS SUITE. As a business you have promised a refund in writing but you haven't actually done so and have also stopped replying to my emails. Where is your integrity as a business?

Booked 2 x 3 bed apartments and 1 x 2 bed apartment for 3 nights in July 2020. Have been trying to contact the property to ask for a refund as we can not travel out of Australia and Singapore are not allowing travellers in. There has been no response from them or Booking.com. I know the booking was a non refundable one but surely given the circumstances, they would at least respond and help out.

No form of communications from host, emailed several times prior to arrival to check regarding check-in details to no avail. On the day of check-in, no show from host! Utterly disappointed. Had to urgently book the apartment for just 2 nights as i’m having a renovation at home.. Thankfully i can still return home to stay however if you’re a tourist highly suggest u DO NOT BOOK. Do not be fooled by the images listed on Agoda/Booking.com There’s also no apologies whatsoever from the host / Agoda. They merely cancelled the booking. Still horrified that the listing is still up on site…
