Had been looking for home tableware, and this brand came across my radar. First - checked things out via the website, and then went down to look at the products in detail. The products were good - but the customer service we received from Tai was even better. We placed a large order ~1k, but ended up paying half that as we caught the 50% off sale. One of the bowls eventually delivered to our house was the incorrect model, and when we informed Tai, he responded very quickly, and even dropped by our place the day after to make a swop to the correct product. I would absolutely go back here to make a purchase!

I love the products, and the staff was kind and helpful. There are patient and gave good suggestions. The is a 50% sale going on now, and you can mix and match the products.

Went down to the shop to get a full set of tableware. I love their design collection and it’s fun to mix and match. The Star Wars plates are so pretty! We have been using the plates and glassware daily and I can say that they are quite durable. The staff is friendly and attentive too. Satisfied customer here and looking forward to get more in the future. :)

I bought a set of tableware and sent it overseas for my parents and they loved it. They even bought a glass cabinet to have them displayed. Their products are very stylish. Special mention to the staff who are very accommodating. Will definitely buy again.

Got an entire set of tableware for my entire household. Gilbert assisted me by answering all my queries, selecting the plates as well as arranging of the delivery. Good quality tableware and good price. Have pop up store sells discount product from 30-60% and outlet product 1 kg/ $10 Their showroom displayed many designs of tableware for hotel & restaurant order. Usual customer also can buy too. I'm really satisfy with Staff service. There're limited for 8 paxs. Maybe you need to wait but it's worth if you're looking for tableware, glassware and cutlery.
