Definitely not recommended. Tell you to do chemical wash (+150 dollars) up front. The entire cleaning finished within 5~10 mins per unit, didn't even wash all the parts. AND, it was 60 for 2 units, which we were misled by their ads saying "25 dollars per unit". (They said that was promotion, and it had ended)

Contacted them before finding about them in google reviews. No wonder all the negative reviews. Did servicing and some problems with the aircon. The technician suggested to replace PCB, top up gas and chemical wash @ $520. I paid him $60 for the servicing and called another company. The other company checked and replaced the themister for $150 ONLY and my aircon is back to original condition. Lucky me !!

Total rip-off! Basically same issue as many others who gave bad review- charge you at high price, problem persists and MIA when you call them to come back. Quoted me $80 for gas top-up during the enquiry but in the end charging $380 claiming needed to do gas reflush. One month later the same issue comes back! Typical tactic by scammer aircon contractor and believe they have been doing the same thing all along in the industry. Engage at your own risk!!

Absolutely worst service ever. So hard to get the admin person to schedule an A/C servicing and I had to chase the person so many times for an invoice which after many months I still haven't received it. Aircon servicing was done very minimally and not thorough.

Engage at your own risk. Punctuality is non-existent. Prepare to block out your whole day to wait for them.

Absolutely horrid experience. I would not recommend this aircon service provider to anyone. I contacted this company to repair an aircon compressor that was defective. On the first visit, they ended up working on the wrong compressor and later convinced me that my serviceable compressor was faulty and charged me $150 for a gas top up. I foolishly paid the sum. On the second visit when they finally worked on the faulty compressor, i was made to pay a 50 percent deposit of $190 dollars for an outdoor fan motor, which i paid. They installed the fan motor and the matter was not resolved and then told me the fault was due to a faulty circuit board. They took the fan motor back and took weeks to get back to me. The circuit board never came and there was no follow up. Frustrated, i contacted another service provider who resolved the matter within one day. This horrible experience dated back to March 2022. I have since asked for a refund and LY AIRCON keeps dragging their feet blaming their "admin". I have contacted them umpteen times to no avail and was even hung up on once. Its May 2022 and I'm yet to get my money back. Horrible horrible service. I will be lodging a formal complaint with CASE and small claims. Please look elsewhere.

Avoid this company at all cost! Look at the pictures of after their supposedly chemical wash. In the end I had to engage another company (at half the cost!) to come fix the issue again. I've went through their Google reviews and most one star reviews have the same issue as me. They charge a high price for repairs and at the end of the day, problem still persist and they just go almost MIA when you ask them to come back and fix. As for the 5 Star reviews, most of them are fake ones. Click onto their names and the users only have reviews for this fraud company and another by the name of Superbreeze Aircon. DO NOT ENGAGE LY AIRCON!

Not recommend to get any service from this company. Not professional at all, we signed annual contract for 3 aircond cleaning, the whole cleaning process takes less than 20 minutes, not really sure how good is the cleaning since the time taken really short, and they never highlight out any issue. Really disappointed also when they always postpone the appointment date or choose weird timing to come for service like lunch or dinner time, sometimes end out didn’t come on time and never inform until we text them, and they again postpone to later timing ? We pay for the service, not to waste our time keep waiting.
