I was diagnosed with gout in 2018 and have been seeing the doctors and following a gout diet ever since then. I have tried oral glucosamine supplements but they have no effect on me.
Later I developed bone spurs and reduced joint gap (also known as Joint Space Narrowing) but all doctors I visited had no cure for my conditions.
