β β β β β Anyhow charged when you have not made any purchase. Checked with my bank and was shocked to know I have an unposted transaction on my card which I traced back on my orders , there is not any.
Service is very bad . When I wrote in email , called 4 times to dispute about duplication charges on my bank account , they will reply you β we will call back to you by tomorrow β but the the tomorrow never comes . They did not reply you via email , they did not get back to you through phone call .. service lapsed .
More importantly , I order their items using a debit card . It is AMAZING that they could charged me , when I did not placed any orders , and the transaction can go through without me keying in my CVV . Unlike what they claimed , my card details will not be stored . So, how did the amount got debited from my bank ?
