★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and a rip-off. Sold me an item that did not work as expected, and would not give me a refund. So was forced to find an alternative more expensive product which he sold for $130.
This same item was selling for $95 in other shops in Sim Lim Square. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pricing. Good collection. The shop worker does well in explaining options about products and suggesting what one should buy. Price in SimLim is something to care about. Google for online prices. What’s 15 bucks on Lazada may easily be quoted at 75 in Sim Lim. You’ve got to negotiate and point out that online it’s 15 bucks. In this store I didn’t face this issue. Will go again. Nice shop althohhh tucked away on the fifth floor.
