★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with a SIM card that did not work, and I got very fast and efficient help over the phone. Really grateful! (The only minor negative thing was that Singlish with half the words "swallowed", which for foreigners is not so easy to understand :))

A simple router installation, I have to take leave.
Then they said they "forgot" about it and will re-schedule another timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was with M1 mobile. The network coverage is really horrible. They have just too many blind spots in Singapore and that includes popular places such as Changi Airport and other malls. Gave them feedback and nothing had improved. They even had the audacity to say the fault lies with my phone. I ported over to another telco, using the very same phone. The coverage is so much better by leaps and bounds. I will never ever go back to M1 again. Really a terrible service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of SR i lost in Overwatch ranked games due to disconnection by M1 is equate to a 4 room flat HDB downpayment. How is it possible to disconnect even during office hours as well? Really A-Mei-zing I may say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M1 Promotes an Unlimited Data Package with $118/month and only in the FAQ and T&C they indicate after 100GB the speed will be just 512kbps which is ridiculous. At 512kbps you can’t even open ibanking app properly and transactions failed often. I was really tricked to get in to this package by their customer service hotline agent. Luckily with only 1 more month to left on my 24 month contract.
i have switched with Starhub broadband bundle package which only charge $79/Month for unlimited wifi + 70GB data with sim only + netflix & disney,

Fonecare by m1 is a good option but totally useless while trying to get a replacement set....have been with them for a long while.... but seriously need to change telco soon ...
their selling of Swap and replacement for any reasons do not work out at all .... spoke to agents online so a swap only works while phone is defective... replacement only when device gets stolen or lost .... and wait there's another "like your device" .... it doesn't justify for the 99 dollars screen replacement ... with my money saved from paying for fonecare all these years yet never utilise until now.... I could afford to damage a few more screens and camera lenses.... need to be truthful and upfront to your future customers
