★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest waiting time ever. No proper Q system. Initial Q no sent via SMS to mobile indicating a waiting time of around 32 mins but you are no told how many before you. Only 3 counters the staff there take forever to serve each individual customers. Their body language suggesting nil interest to serve the customers. Waited almost 1 hour and 30mins before SMS came but before you read the message, the counter staff called another customer. All this happened within one minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited m1 parkway parade on 21st May 2022 to purchase s22 ultra 512 .The Samsung promoter xavan low is patient and knowledgeable to help a senior like me to transfer my data from my old phone to my new s22 ultra.As it was near to closing time I return the next day to solve my issues faced with the data transfer. I am lucky to meet Samsung promoter xavan low again. He is still very patient and helped me solved my problem. I am very happy with the service rendered.
