This Pau Stall is located in Yong Li Coffee Shop. The stall holder apparently came from Malaysia and brought his skill here. He makes the various dim sum items all by himself while another helper sells and dispenses the items to customers. I bought the Big Pau and Siew Mai for take away. Must say the Big Pau was quite “juicy” and tasted good. Besides pieces of pork which I think is 甲心肉 were tender and well seasoned. There are small chips of bang kuang (turnip) inside the Pau which made it “chrispy” on chewing. The $1.20 a piece is reasonable, cheaper than many places. The Siew Mai was decent and the meat was chewy. Tasted okay. I feel this is a good Chinese Fast Food to take away when one is rushing for time - inexpensive and taste good. One issue which must be corrected - the price in board was still the old price, misleading.
