I had pain in my neck, counldnt move around my head freely, which I suspect were caused by my low and soft pillow, but I went to MaGuang cause they r accessible. 1. the “therapist” used only one hand the whole time(anyone who went for a massage knows both hands should be used); 2. I told him my problem with the neck he said “your problem need to be treated frequently, you need to come here for rounds of treatment”. I later switched to a higher and more supportive pillow the neck pain went away; 3. During the treatment, I felt this heat on my back, he mentioned “I used a lamp on you” (not in a tone of offering options), I didn’t even know the heat was fr the lamp and I said “thanks”, later I end up being charged abt $10more.
Not trying to diminishing MaGuang’s image, I’m sharing this so lesser people may avoid the same bad experience.

Doc said many illnesses....wife was worried on cost so said didnt want meds. Total cost came up to be $42....consultation must be done by high end expert in TCM field.... best to ask properly on charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens at 2pm. I arrived at 130pm. Saw the Receptionists were inside and the door was open. So I went inside and waited on the bench. The receptionist told me to wait outside. I saw another customer sitting there waiting. Don’t know what harm it makes to her if I sit inside and wait. If you don’t want customers to wait inside then please close the door, ok? If you don’t want customers to sit inside and wait, then please remove the fxxking benches inside, ok?
The receptionist’s attitude is totally absurd.
In the end I decided not to wait outside. I went to another TCM clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! had Tuina appointment at 10am one day earlier, but the therapist didn't show up until i left at 10:25am. Poor management! though consultant like Li Bingmei, Zhang Jiqiu is good, will never visit again!

3點15分才进去推拿
不了到3點35便完成 不到20分鐘腹$76.
平时至少30到45分.
Make appointment with Clementi "Ma Kuang" on one of Friday afternoon in April 2017 for message (推拿). This is an follow up message which already done for at least 8-10 times almost weekly basic.
This time Friday appointment at 3pm I reached 15min before appointment. However only manage to get in at 3.15pm. Half way down the staff told the
(推拿师) that another man appointment at 3.30pm said he is rushing for time. Because of this my message was done and stop at 3.35pm.
A short 20min (without taking into consideration of changing timing) I need to paid for $76.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the services at Ma Kuang Clementi is great. Dr. Li Bing Mei is attentive, gentle, understanding and encouraging. The counter staff are polite, friendly and communicate well.
On several occasions, I have been told by my peers that Eu Yang Sang TCM is more expensive than Ma Kuang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow see so many people complained about Tuina therapist. But I have to say Dr Li Bing Mei is one of the best TCM doctors I’ve ever seen and certainly one of the best in town. She’s solved many of my problems. Plus, she’s very nice.
