Stumbled on this place from our hotel. Fresh out of the oven hand made cheese rolls and pastries. We had Thousand island cheezy sausage and the Mushroom cheese. Just great great!!!

Love their sesame bun! One of the best. Staff is friendly too.

They have a gelato kiosk in the bakery by Wonder. The pistachio flavour was awesome. Didn't try the bread though.

The bread and buns here are of good quality. The matcha chestnut red bean bun comes with a whole chestnut inside. The walnut red bean bun has walnut chunks in the bread, and red bean paste with actual red beans (Not just paste.) and which isn't too sweet. The sesame bun comes with a paste full of black and white toasted sesame seeds (again not just paste!) For the price, you do get high quality fillings and buns. Hidden gem.

I was staying at the ritz Carlton hotel over this weekend and my family wanted to have our meal at Marina Square. While waiting to be seated we chanced upon this bakery and my husband asked if I could get him a bun for tomorrow’s breakfast. Despite the fact that we’ll be having hotel’s breakfast the next day, I gt one curry bun for him still. While making the payment the cashier asked if I needed a plastic bag, I told her just a small one will do as I wasn’t carrying a purse or bag at that point of time. Concurrently, this other lady staff made a snide remark in mandarin,” buy one bun also need plastic bag.” In which the cashier said this in mandarin while I was just standing right infront of them still, “ aiyah we in this line,you will meet all sorts of people.” That conversation of theirs was extremely offensive. It’s not like I was being greedy for asking for the plastic bag, but you simply don’t expect me to be holding on to a bun while walking the mall thereafter , was that too much for me to ask?! FYI this happened on the 30 April at abt 730 pm, this company’s management should seriously speak to your 2 staff about this incident. I would have rebutted these two aunties there and then if it wasn’t my family rushing me back to meet them. Extremely turn off by your employees!

Really nice peanut waffles - very soft, airy, fluffy and pillowy! And quite thick too. The texture is more towards the chewy side than the crumbly/cakey side. Peanut spread is quite generous - it's the thicker type of peanut butter and not the flowy kind. I like the texture better than the waffles at Swee Heng but bear in mind that these don't have pandan flavor.

Their bread are nice and affordable! But don’t really like the crunchy sesame as I still prefer those smoother sesame! Peanut waffle was ok, waffle was soft and chewy, find it a little too moist, but love the buttery taste of it.
