For years, this has been my go to place for mac repairs. Owner is helpful and honest in all my years of dealling with him.

Very professional & honest expert with good advice when collected back my damaged MacBook. Highly recommend to those who need to fix MacBook & Laptop PC .

He was straightforward in his service and helped to recover 180 GB of photos from my dead iMac. He also builds hackintosh and keeps track of all that he had built. Will definitely come back to request for one when my Mac Mini dies.

Mr Chia has gone above and beyond my expectations of service. My 2013 MacBook Air was badly damaged and I wasn't expecting much of a chance in reviving it. But Mr Chia not only managed to diagnose the problem accurately, he managed to resolve it after persevering on repairing for 1+ month. On the day of issue, he even spent time to clear up my SSD space of junk and advised me on how to improve the performance of my revived MacBook Air. Mr Chia is really passionate in what he do. Thank you Mr Chia! I highly recommend his service.

Zero Star for this shop if I could give it in google rating. The only technician there is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I was trying to know better regarding the laptop hardware issue and needs replacement. I was called "CHILDISH" by him for asking technical questions. He acts like he's dealing with family members that he could insult openly without hesitation. I walk off due to his rude attitude. He does not bother to apologies and care about losing customers. Please read his 1-star replies, clearly proof he has attitude problem for calling the reviewer "DUMP"! This shop is so bad that for the first-time, I have shared his poor attitude around my social circle and warning them to avoid this shop at all cost. Highly do not recommend wasting money on poor customer service and a person with an attitude problem. I will rather pay more for service-oriented shops than wasting my money on a shop that spoils my day.

He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my PC. At his own initiative, he went beyond basic services to help me optimize my computer settings for gaming and share his own tips. His service is excellent, as he is also very friendly and believes in serving his clients well and marketing by word-of-mouth.
