Highly priced yet no service for employer at all. Before you pay, they are quite warm hearted, and bragging about their service and quality, have been in the industry for 30 year or so. Spent 2400 SGD to bring a helper from PH, low work quality although relentless training offered from my end. Have problems understanding or saying basic English, bad hygiene condition, palm hand, strong body odor, during past 6 months at my house, broke several household without ever saying sorry. Demonstrated really bad attitude. What is worse, agency helped helper to put on a show by trying to sabotage employer’s reputation and threaten employer so that maid can be allow a transfer. Details are with MOM and I am sure MOM would do something to stop the trend of employer being bullied and taking advantage of, probably also due to the fact I am a foreigner. It was quite absurd that they were trying to trick me to pay one extra day for the helper's 5 days of working, using the formula being basic salary/ 26(# of working days) * calendar day. they really need to sharpen their math skill and learn to have some courtesy to their clients, who paid a mount of money to get a unqualified maid also at the cost of being threatened by this agency. no wonder why their helper's attitude came from. I am quite amazed a business like this can actually thriving for 30 years, with this attitude? seriously? Below screenshot are from WhatsApp message from agency owner.This is more than rude.
