Pathetic place. Staffs are so rude, they even don’t know how to talk and behave. Don’t waste your money and time here. Worst club ever.

This is the WORST place I have ever been to. Firstly, the staff is super rude. They absolutely don’t know how to talk to their customers. Secondly, you have to get a $15 ART test before entering. There is also a $50 entry fee that gets you only one drink inside. *I am not telling you not to charge for the ART. I got it done too. I’m just updating people on how much you have to pay to enter your so called ‘premium Bollywood club’. Its just not worth it. And like I said, the owner and the staff - super rude. ?

I would like to give zero star but there is no such. The staff looks pretty confused and have anger on their face when communicating. They made us move around from counter to entrance and entrance to counter, just for a drink for which we had already paid. I highly recommend to avoid this place and not to spoil your evening/night.

Magic Carpet was an absolutely horrible experience both times we went. They oversell tickets and it's way too crowded. You're fighting for your life getting elbowed every 30 seconds. More importantly the bouncers are extremely rude, intolerant and impatient. They won't offer help nor will they stop fights. Even though it is the only desi club, we will find other clubs like Marquee, Drip and Zouk more suitable! Thanks magic, and yes we are 'premium clubbers'!

Magic carpet? More like drab doormat. Hey! Are you and your friends looking to get treated like a public toilet seat for an evening? Then Magic Carpet Lounge is the place for you! What I thought would be a fun night out with friends turned into one of the most painfully devastating experiences of my life. I would rather have all my teeth individually pulled out by a mountain gorilla without any anaesthetic than visit this place again. Needless to say, some of the staff can be obnoxious and prices are borderline robbery. Although my experience so far with this club has been short of “magical”, I’m looking forward to reading the manager’s passive aggressive response to this review, in which he will baselessly lambast me and deflect all accusations to protect his seemingly fragile ego. If you don’t believe me, simply read the replies to the reviews before mine. A 4 year-old would have a more professional approach to customer service than this guy. Perhaps he isn’t happy with the standard of his business. I wouldn’t be either. However, I do think he could benefit from some serious self-reflection. Maybe a beach getaway, if not a night out with friends (at an actually decent establishment) to cheer him up. I’m sure in reality he’s a friendly, respectful person. Just kidding, I’m almost certain he’s not. Never again.

Deeply deeply disappointed with their customer service. I visited the club with 14 friends on the weekend and was scammed about the minimum spend for a table. Pricing is not upfront, it includes hidden costs that you are not made aware of. Also, we ordered food that never arrived and when I asked for a refund the next day, I was straight up lied to. Apparently their “kitchen” sent out the food — wonder where it got lost during a 2 minute walk between the kitchen and our table. Absolutely horrible experience As someone who has been a regular to the club over the last few years, I am disappointed with the management. Super unprofessional. They definitely don’t know how to give people a good time.

After reading all the bad reviews I felt I needed to provide some balance. So here goes... I went there for the first time and my experience was actually quite good. The lady at the entrance was friendly and even chatted with us. She was firm but nice. When I went in, the crowd was decent, mostly young. No one was misbehaving, everyone was friendly. Music was so-so. Good mix of old and new songs. Nothing too terrific. Bartenders were fast and friendly. Drinks were made well. A bit expensive for cover charge but maybe cos everything else is costly. The extremely ridiculous thing and the only fault I found was u need to pay a thousand bucks to get a seating table. 500 for standing table. But we just used a table anyway. Toilets were really narrow. Toilets need to be clean. Other than that a pleasant experience.
