★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your tutors are extremely unprofessional. We had engaged your agency to find tutor for our son for Maths (pri 3). First one turned up only once, and then you found the second one. She did not turn up - despite confirming 3 hrs before the scheduled time - on the day she was supposed to help my son for his maths mid term exam.
She did not respond to her phone neither did your agency.
You should have some professionalism to at least inform the parents that the tutor is not coming. JUST DISAPPEARING WITHOUT ANY NOTICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE......
