As I am looking at short term loan, I wanted to be sure if having another outstanding loan outside, I would still be eligible. He mentioned that yes it is possible so I head down. Little did I know that my loan was rejected due to reason
"Staying at rental flat"
It would be great if I was prompted this earlier to save the hassle of coming down. I waited atleast 15 mins before I was served and was asked very little question unlike other loan companies. I was served by another colleague and was a little disappointed with the outcome. Nevertheless the office is amazingly decorated and there were no crowds unlike others. Will gv a passable rating if they had stated their terms online such as preferred (No rental house applicant).

They can tell u almost right away of ur eligibility fr loans compared to banks where u wait fr almost up to 2wks at times..
- Interest is higher cos of short repymt period.. but u finish loan faster that way.
- Wats interesting you can get approved loan immediately.
This place wld b ideal for urgent & smaller amount of loan..
