I told him: "Learn to communicate by listening to other people's questions. U not the boss and i am disappointed since i paid you".
He said he does this already more than 20 years. Well 20 years he not improve in learning how to speak with his clients. Never anymore with thi agent. Horrible person

They're fast, you can take photos locally and are friendly. I got my visa on the same day (at 6pm). I recommend you to go early to avoid queuing up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got berated by the lady at the front desk (no surprise in Singapore) for not having all my documents when applying for a business visa to Indonesia. They emailed me beforehand and gave me three things to bring. There are actually five so how am I supposed to know?
No pleasantries here, all business and no smiles. The office is not easy to find so you have to ask around, which is not always fun in Singapore since people there seem like they just can't be bothered by your questions or plea for assistance. In all fairness, there was a nice elderly gentleman who seemed to be aware that others in the offIce were being a bit rude so he tried to soften the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super efficient. Helpful. Easy to work with. Made getting my visa a breeze. Do yourself a favor and just work with these guys. They know what they are doing. The get you in, out, and on your way. Very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They do all the heavy lifting so that you can just hang back and chill.
Save the headache and let them handle things for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Don't even waist your time. The guy is terrible. He says "I charge $800 for business visa, one type, I very expensive, what you want?" I asked him if can he clarify and he HUNG UP! It is really comical and I am glad that we didn't get any further in the process with Maju Travel.
