- I was quoted about 160cbm for storage estimate, and this increased to 220cbm. This is fine because it's hard to properly estimate, but I got a price shock when it's a total of $1.5K for moving items in only.
- Plus they were really slow ok, they only sent 4 people to work on the project and took so much time.
- They damaged by fridge during the move, there was a dent.
- Storage is NOT 24/7, you have to email them and then the crate has to come down from storage.
- And finally, each storage unit is tiny, so actually when you pay for cubic meters, it's not accurate because it's broken down into 40cbm cubes with plenty of pockets of space that you lose out on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EVER.
Sitting here right now waiting to access my storage unit which on our contract is meant to be “24/7 accessible”. Instead we have to tell them on a working day in advance before we come and even when we do so, it isn’t brought down. We called and just got a long winded lame excuse that Karen is on Medical Leave and our email request was not process. The old lady on the phone would not stop making excuses after excuses.
We are looking for other options as this place is a total rip off with amazingly bad customer service. Not the first time this has happened too.
