I'm just a home power tool user, and many companies will usually just brush me away but Alan from Makita took the time to explain to me, show me around and helped me with my accessory purchase which only cost $3. Felt bad taking up their time but nevertheless Makita has earned themself a lifelong customer..

I made an enquiry online and the next day I received a call to discuss options and a few hours later Sam arrived, helped to set-up and demonstrate the grass trimmer. In addition, Makita sell via dealers so Sam had to go to a dealer collect the product and then make the delivery in person. Very pleased not only with my purchase but with the friendly and professional service from Sam.
