★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came across their "Peel Fresh" Juice Drink (yes, it is called juice drink, made from concentrate but it is called "Peel Fresh" to create the impression of being something that it is not. Marketing people. Sigh). Anyway, drinking it right now and honestly cannot recommend it. Well, in all fairness you get what you buy: Made of concentrate, and full of sucrose, glucose and permitted artificial flavoring.
I guess my solution to quenching my thirst for fresh fruit juice will be to simply buy a blender and a ton of fresh fruit from the market down the street...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them up to check on a trial that i signed up for in December. Lady named Joanne answered the call. She was rather rude, demanding to know why i called after "so long". Hello excuse me? Obviously your company forgotten about me and you have the audacity to question me back? So what if it was a trial product? The customer service is terrible.
Afterwards a man called me back to say he will check after i sent him relevant screenshots.
Coincidentally i met the delivery auntie on same night to pick up my free water bottle ( it has been a while ) and she told me she was asked by the company today if i wanted to order any.
I did so because i empathise with Auntie's situation and she was very thankful i took a few packs from her.
Given the way i was spoken to by the rude staff Joanne earlier, i could have stopped buying altogether. Please watch the way you speak to your customers.
