Recommended by one of my friend today. And I directly ordered and eat it today. The chicken is super good. Well marinated, very strong spice flavour. Chicken is tender. I believed if eating it fresh will be damn good. For me, something missing, sambal, onion and ikan bilis type of sambal. The vegetable should have request for more.

1. Signature Spice Crusted Chicken Leg Rice Bowl S$9.90 2. Signature 100 hour Duck Confit Rice Bowl S$14.90 3. Fragrant Wok Fried squid with pepper, chilli and onion rice bowl 4. Slow roasted Norwegian speciality Salmon Bowl S$12.90 ( suppose to wok fried sliced beef with ginger and scallion rice bowl, but as we don’t eat beef, so they changed it to salmon) 2X Signature Cucumber Lime 2X Home Brewed Premium White Chrysanthemum We also tried their tomato egg(S$12.90), steam Broccoli with baby conpoy and egg white, Black Chicken Ginseng Soup (S$7.90) and Lotus Root with Cuttlefish soup Love their food ??. My favorite has to be their chef Sebastian”s spice crusted chicken. The juicy chicken leg crusted with a special blend of 16 spices, cooked to perfection. Love this so much ?? ,. Chef Sebastian”s Signature 100 hour Duck Leg Confit is marinated with Asian spices for 2 days, slow cooked for 24 hours until tender. The duck is then pan fried. This one is another must order, as it just taste yummy ? ,. I also like their Norwegian salmon filled that is cooked over low temperature to maintain a succulent pink centre. It is tender and tasty. ? ,, Their double bowl soup is also good, I love the lotus root with cuttlefish that is nutritious doubled boiled. Very flavorful. ,. Review posted on my IG: yummymich

Food was worth the drive there. We wanted duck confit but it was not available today so we tried spice-crusted chicken set $8.50 and fried chicken spicy set $7.50. Though I am intolerant to spicy food, I was fine with spice-crusted chicken. It was flavourful and juicy. The egg was unique and yummy. Pricing was reasonable. As it is a self-service cafe, there is no service charge. No GST too. They accept paywave. There are outdoor seating with the regular and high tables. Nice ambience. There is no parking in the building for non-staff. We had to park at Carpark 10A which is a 5-min walk away.

Quality of food are really on standard. Different veg and egg each day . Really worth the money. Occasionally requested for pick up before kitchen closes for dinner. Family love the food.

Beyond excellent. Every dish is a flavour bomb without going overboard. The eatery looks unassuming, almost like a classy "ya kun". The spice crusted chicken was marinated to the bone, jam packed with flavour, with the rempah seeping into ounce of meat. The skin is potato chip crispy, while the meat was juicy and tender - really, perfectly cooked chicken. Duck confit is no slouch either, very tender, flaky meat after being cooked for "100-hours", served with sambal hijau (smashed green chilli sambal). Both these dishes were accompanied with super creamy delicate scrambled eggs with black fungus (side dishes rotate). Don't forget to grab the delicious red chilli sambal to pair with your food. Without the piquant chilli, you might find the dishes a tad overwhelming, so non-spice lovers beware!

Great food in the hospital! Really a hidden gem as you got to register to go to the Tower Block. I love their selection of food. Had the 100 day duck confit and fish porridge and both were amazing! Fish porridge is very smooth and many slices of fish. The youtiao is crispy and didn't turn soggy even till the end. Duck Confit is also very delicious and a healthy meal with vegetables and egg. Only feedback is that it is a tad too dry. Oh and don't forget their chilli which is super shiok! Oh and they have dessert too. Love their gingko nut barley Overall very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back for more!

Was at the hospital to visit a someone and thought I'll drop by this place. It was difficult to find this place. Literally have to walk along the main road to reach the building. If you are coming thru between buildings, you are likely to get lost if you are not familiar with the place. Back to the food. The spice crusted chicken rice bowl was perfect. The drumstick was nicely fried and you could smell the aroma from the spices. Busy lunch crowd, be prepared to wait for a short while.

Hidden gem inside NUSH. It is not easily accessible to the public. Need to register for COVID related check at the building entrance and find it funny to tell the counter purpose of visit is to eat at the restaurant. The Chicken Rice Bowl is good and resembles a modern version of a Ayam Penyet. Recommended for crispy chicken lovers. Visited a 2nd time today and ordered their Yong Tau Foo (Dry Version). Tasty and good. The cucumber lime juice was refreshing too.
