Contacted customer support for assistance and prompted twice but no follow up was made after the initial response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like there is a history of their vending machines not vending the purchased items after payment has been made (See another review below). This happened to me as well at their machine located at Alexandra.
Not only that, but multiple emails to them regarding a refund have gone unanswered. Very unethical behaviour. Would not recommend trying to use their vending machines at all.

Ordered wine in the morning and received it on the very same day in perfect condition. Came in a recycle bag and Bubble wrapped nicely. Certainly will not be the last purchase.
