Acquires, divides & sublets a premise to various individuals of potentially poor backgrounds. 1st hand experience of extremely poor care of the apartment with unauthorized augmentation to some/ most parts of the house to increase financial yield. Rips off the premise of the installed assets like Aircon etc... poor living conditions for the tenants like shower stalls in the balconies. Also, vacating the premise without adhering to contractual obligations. And worst of all, totally uncontactable.
