Here's the thing, this homebase Baker of a friend has always been super good with malay traditional delicacies and dishes. Had multiple opportunities to savour her mouth watering dishes and believe me when I say, it is so so good. Anyways, this time round ordered 2 tubs of Kueh Makmur. 2 days later it was ready and received. Puffy outside and crunchy nutty inside. With a generous powdering of sugar. Really, it's just so so nice. What makes this all even better is that, the transaction from order to delivery was smooth, without a glitch. Though a homebase business, the efficiency is worth mentioning. So yeah, do I verify and recommend this secret gem, definately. Received Kuih Makmur from a friend which baked by Manees X Cookies & Kuih. Was worried about it is too sweet, however, the sweetness it is just nice and make the whole kuih so good taste. Most nice part is the filling peanut is nicely fried till crispy and I can smell the peanut taste after I bite it. Definitely is a item that good for tea break or present to some one.
