Have been to this outlet a few times and bought a package under them. Different staff have helped me to do both pedicure and manicure and it’s always a pleasant experience. Shoutout to Sonia for going the extra mile to care about my nail health and for being so friendly!

Aisha Maggie served me today for mani and pedi services + fungal treatment services. I'm a regular customer at the Hillion outlet and I do recommend their service to you all. Please book an appointment before coming as they are always busy (in a good way) and walk in customers may not be able to get a slot on that day. Thank you!?

Came here because I bought a Fave voucher to do a basic gel manicure and pedicure. It’s not as unpleasant as other reviews mentioned, I didn’t encounter any hard selling or whatsoever. They served some refreshments before the mani. Service wise, the lady who did my hands was much nicer than the one who did my feet. She was a little impatient, and showed annoyance when I accidentally smudged the base coat. I would say they’re much friendlier to their regular customers as I observed, but overall it’s still an decent experience if you’re getting a Fave deal :)

I think the staff dont like to take appointment.. out of 10 times.. i think i will only be able to book 2 times. JEM outlet is better... service is better and the environment is cleaner.

I have decided to stop going to Pixie Nail Spa. I am a regular customer and have bought 2 packages. The ladies there have always did my nails really well, friendly but conversations I hear are mostly like what are you working as with me and other customers so that they’ll have an idea of your income to promote the packages. When it comes to the end of the session they will either come in pairs or three to try their hardest to hard sell another package to me, they take no for an answer even when I declined 3-4 times. Plus I don’t see the point in spending $600-$800 or half price of the package on the spot when I still have 7-9 sessions, personally its a lot of money for me. They will always say thing like “this is a special promotion or this month is the last deal to get you to buy the package next time don’t have already” with a pen and paper to show you the deals but is always something I would be hearing, I get its a strategy but no is an answer. My last appointment was the last straw, like usual another hard selling was brought up at the end of the session. But this time I had to decline too many times and I even had to demanded 2-3 times to pay for the added on service so I can leave already as I was getting impatient and frustrated that I have not been let off for the past 10 minutes. The ladies then gave me faces which made everything so uncomfortable and she even said “why you don’t support me”. I was shock and left the place with a guilt feeling I still think about today. I felt so frustrated and annoyed that I have to go through all of this just to get my nails done after a long day at work and head home. I understand that’s their job but why does it always have to be an uncomfortable experience. I am not having a comfortable time anymore even when I plan to make an appointment I feel stressed out thinking about the hard selling and anxious at the end of every session. And it is always a negative feeling in every session. I have an other negative experience as well but I will leave it just as that. I do hope the service gets better in the future. Because I would like to be back as the ladies always did a really good job on caring and painting my nails but for now I’ll stop going until there are improvements managing with the service and attitude at Pixie Nail Spa.

Very unhappy with the appointment system. The staff always tell we are fully booked.Very difficult to secure a slot, even on weekdays. Slots given are those odd timings. Wasting my time and $$.

Seriously don't trust most of the good reviews u see here. The last time I left a review Pixie Nails Hillion only has 1+ star. It's how amazing salons these days have a way to fake reviews - just look at the reviewers' accounts. The last time I went to this place, I remember vividly the staff were very rude. Imagine you have already booked appointment with them and when you were physically there, they told you "no such record". It was extremely frustrating and turned out they used pencil and rubber to note down appointment. Their staff actually erased my appointment! And guess what they told me? No sorry. House full, can you wait (and we didn't know how long?) or rearrange? I wish bygone is bygone. I called today to give them one more chance to set thing right. Really, the way they talked on the phone is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. “满了,小姐. if you want, I put you in the waiting list lor" What a joke.
