The hiring process is very smooth, fast. Bernice was very patient with my queries and constantly kept me updated during the hiring. She even make sure that I am doing well and not facing any issues from time to time. Even now, she is my go to contact person for everything workplace related. Back-then-stranger Sam Gan contacted me out of the blue when I was at the lowest point of my career and life, convincing me that he found my career experience a best fit for a position in an entirely different industry from the one I had been in all my career life. I was not impressed by it but Sam had that tone and sincerity in his voice that made me pull back on my defences and actually gave the interview a shot. It turned out to be life changing and I actually looked forward to the 2nd interview which happened shortly after the 1st, and I got to know after, was because of Sam’s close follow up with the HR of my potential company. The 2nd one turned out to be very pleasant as well and very soon I was being offered the package. However I was still very apprehensive, as I was never in that industry before and did not know if the offer was good enough. A discussion with Sam made me plunged into it and I happily moved over to my new land of fun and sun. Overall, Sam is really a subject matter expert in recruiting with deep practical grasp of talent acquisition. He is a right navigator for those who are in the crossroads of their career.
