lousy service , cancellation of 1 insurance need to take 1 whole week just to verify my identity , asked for a lot of not useful information. You send 1 email , they reply to you after 2 weeks with1 simple and not useful reply. Clearly , manulife sucks.

I guess my family had one of the worst service from their salespersons and their investigators. Please read and share it with your friends and family, because we won't want anyone to face the same situation as us. #FKSLYandMANULIFE

I will like to thank my consultant for the professional advice given to me. Without her helping me to take care of the policies, I could have landed myself in an insurance debts, refunds, cancellations and so on, many negative impacts on my daily and month financial status and usage. She advice me what is good and bad policies from simple calculation as well as values that can be predicted now and adjust before anything or crisis happen. She know what is enough and not enough for me. Hence she don't ask me to keep on buying. As there is no point to over insured.

Don't understand how they get clients when they book the appointment with you and then end up not showing for the appointment TWICE. What a waste of time...

In 2019, my dad passed away when he was in Thailand. We made the insurance claims on his insurance policies in Manulife, Aviva, Prudential and AIG. Manulife is the fastest to pay up, and without much delay after we submitted the necessary documents. Unlike the rest of the insurance companies which keep asking for documents after documents, until I asked them how much more do I have to proof my dad was really died, when even the ICA also issued the death cert already.

Used to be the best choice for insurance but when they couldn't deduct the amount for my policy on the 4th, it stated clearly per email will make another deduction on the 16th. But they didn't! When my other policy deduction was made without issues on the 16th they failed to deduct this 1 policy and converted it to PREMIUM HOLIDAY. And expected me to backpay a couple of months plus rider and everytime mentioned a different amount which increases everytime you ask! Such a disappointment

Very poor service. They did not inform me of a failed debit. When they sent SMS, it did not have enough details on next steps. They sent a letter informing the same but again no next steps. When I called the call centre, automated response says they are busy and requested me to leave a message. Then they will levy a fine for late payment! Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

this should be fun, but it's the 'walk' is suspended over a 5 storey drop, and tha reality isn't entirely clear until you're well into the 'walk' (it's a walk if you're experienced, but more of a crab-walk clamber for first timers). Potentially worth experiencing once, just to feel the abject horror of being suspended over the void. Also easily passed on if you like to not feel the white hot tendrils of fear as you scramble to get off the net and back onto solid ground as quickly as possible.
