I wish to thank Mr. Eric and the staff of MSF for their excellent levels of service and their attentiveness to feedback. Months ago we had a little hiccup in our trip due to some errors in the schedule. They have been gracious in receiving my suggestions for improvement and were most generous in making it up to us. I am impressed with how promptly and professionally this matter was addressed, which augers well for ever greater successes in any business which takes pride in its quality of service such as MSF.

Had a great time on board the sunset cruise. Its a great way to spend time with friends and chill over a good meal of satay, salad and burger.... And all the food are cooked on board! Yumz!

I have been on countless boat trips but this sunset cruise was by far one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a long while. I used to have a pretty bad case of seasickness when I took boat rides to various islands (locally and overseas) but this ride was very pleasant; although the boat seemed rocky at the start due to the winds, I did not feel seasick at all and enjoyed the cool air-con in the ferry on a particularly hot day. There was also an open upper deck for people to walk around and take nice photos, so that could also help for people who are more prone to seasickness to get a bit of movement upstairs. Dinner was excellent and way beyond our expectations. The (seasonal) menu included satay, chicken salad and Impossible burger (all Halal). Everything was tasty and the food was cooked on deck. My friend even commented that she was surprised by the fantastic quality as she was expecting frozen/instant food or packet food. I was particularly impressed by the Impossible burger because... Why serve Impossible when you could just serve a plain ol' chicken burger? But nope, Impossible was what we got and people who have not had it before will truly believe that it's made of meat! The upper deck was adorned with fairy lights and it can be quite romantic (especially at night) while cruising past various iconic landmarks such as Sentosa Cove, MBS and other islands such as Sisters' Islands. Granted, Singaporeans may not be able to travel much due to the pandemic but this is a pretty worthwhile experience because it is definitely something different from your usual routine. It was great to feel the natural sea breeze and simply enjoy the many ships of all types and sizes cruise past the boat. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously, more so than we honestly ever thought from a boat ride.

We were stranded on St John’s island due to poor communication and management and management from the company. Our ferry was supposed to bring us back to the mainland at 6pm. Turns out they oversold their tickets and so even though we started queueing at 5:30pm, we’ve been told to wait until 8pm as there are not enough boats. No food, no water, just stranded here queueing. Clearly more concerned about profits and making money than passenger well-being. Extremely shameful and greedy. Will you trust a company like that? Think carefully before using their services.

celebrated my 3 year anniversary with the wonderful sunset dinner cruise. The entire experience was smooth and professional, from arrival to registration, to boarding and briefing, to the serving of food. MSF and their crew ensured great counter service and practiced their social distancing diligently, even demarcating the areas for photo-ops on the upper deck. despite the overcast sky, the cruise was enjoyable, and i thoroughly enjoyed seeing the southern islands and the snippets of information that the coordinator shared with us. I`ll definitely be recommending the sunset cruise to others :)

Thank you for the help; it was a pleasant staycation experience. Staff members were kind & helpful in recommending locations, visit timings to the different islands, and helping out with the inter-island transfers for a full-day trip. Some shots are attached.

Very nice trip out ! Ferry was clean. Journey was great too, no bumpy ride. Sitting at the top of the ferry was great feel n great view!

Just took a ride on their sunset cruise !! Had a lovely evening with my sister and enjoyed the food on board. The evening sky and the city scape were breathtaking and nice to take pictures of. Staff were also very warm and took initiative to tell us about the islands as we toured around. Service was great as they were offering us drinks or helping us to take photos. Use them to visit the Islands if you want to go explore !! 10/10 would sail with them again :))
