★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marsden probably has the best instructors ever! The instructor for my baby was fun, attending, and very experienced. The trial class we took was a great start to introduce swimming to our little one. However, we struggled how to bath the baby afterwards, as there was no facility whatsoever. I guess I will give it a second try in a year or so. It is simply not baby friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked trial class for my daughter but unfortunately had to reschedule due to my hubby and daughter falling sick in the scheduled days. Marsden swim sch was kind enough to hold the paid fees for us to reschedule to another day, however when we tried to reschedule the lesson, we were being thrown into slots which we already mentioned we are not available. Customer service was so bad and the email response made us feel like they were just trying to brush us off, really bad experience that we just chose to let go of the paid fees and not have anything to do with the sch anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been attending lessons at Marsden since she 4 months old! The coaches are calm, patient and reassuring, even on the worst baby bad days! At 14 months, she is water confident and looks forward to her weekly pool sessions :) a worthy investment of time for an essential lifeskill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We look forward to every swim lesson with Coach Nicole! Coach Nicole is great with kids, she’s also really patient and explains the purpose of each activity well. My son has started since he was 9 months and now he really enjoys being in the water. Ms Thippa, Marsden’s office manager, is very friendly and helpful, she always greets us with her lovely smile every week.
If you are looking for a swim school for your little one, I highly recommend Marsden!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t praise Marsden enough! The coaches do a fantastic job making the classes fun whilst also keeping the students engaged. Their attention to detail and level of support has helped my son grow as a swimmer both in technique and confidence and enabled him to join 2 squad teams (at his school and at Marsden). The admin team is wonderful too – friendly, well organised and always willing to help.
