★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服务态度很差。如果可以的话，一颗心也不想给。我们全家都很喜欢鲍一凡，但是每一次来这里，遇到的服务人员对我们的态度，说话的语气，都很不友善。相当失望。除此之外，可能因为我们倒霉吧，每一次买水晶手链的时候，实货和照片有差，实货并没有照片的那么漂亮。我们有去过其他新加坡的水晶店/风水店，随便一间的服务态度都比这间好。
 Service attitude is very poor. If you can, I don't want to give a heart. Our whole family likes Bao Yifan very much, but every time we come here, the attitude and tone of the service staff we meet are very unfriendly. Quite disappointed. In addition, it may be because we are unlucky. Every time we buy a crystal bracelet, there is a difference between the actual product and the photo. The actual product is not as beautiful as the photo. We have been to other crystal shops/fengshui shops in Singapore, and the service attitude of any one is better than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell beautiful n elegant ? crystal, basically from bracelets to display items, also pendant, etc. They also provide geomancy (Feng Sui) by Master Paw Sandy (beautiful boss lady). She's approachable n friendly person. She's also very helpful, too.
Seeing is believing. Make a trip down to the shop at 301, Jalan Bersah, you will know what I mean.
