It is on the whole- a very pleasant and professional experience from Michael at Sales who provided advise & the operation crew who came on time & finished well ahead of the time expected and in such a clean manner (as much as it is possible)

MasterMark was quick to address this issue and send their team catch the 2 live birds and cleared the dead bird. They also disinfect the area to stop the decomposing stench of the carcass. Thanks for your quick action, these birds now have a chance to live longer.

We wasn't take it seriously until recently the pigeons has turn our air cond ledge into their generations breeding area, and leaving unbearable dropping smells. Happened to know MasterMark through our neighbor, Michael was the person that attend to our request. He is prompt, professional and friendly too. The install team were punctual, energetic, and friendly. They have helped to removed the newly hatched birdies humanely and clean, disinfect the area. Now I can open my window without pigeon feather and smell directly coming in. Will have no doubt to recommend other neighbors to Michael.

Michael has been very professional and has been very helpful to give advices. In teams of material they are using vs other company it is also very much better. 2 days before the installation he will also remind me of the appointment and checked with me making sure MCST have given us the approval to do installations and washing of the area. On the day of the installation his team of staffs are very friendly and they really do a good job. After finishing installation they will give a final good wash, scrub to the whole area to remove all the bird poop and disinfection the place clean.

The area is thus very dirty with their droppings/nest/feathers. It has also attracted ants as well that sometimes make their way into the house through the window. i contacted Mastermark and was attended to promptly by Michael. He understood my situation after a short phone call and appointment was scheduled to clean and install the bird netting. The team was punctual and efficient. They cleared the bird's nest and maggots and clean and disinfected the stained poop around the aircon ledge and the compressor. It was so clean, and I am genuinely satisfied with the result. With the netting installed, bye bye birdie, no more nesting at my aircon ledge.
