Y	Yong Jet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their rep misrepresented to me that there will not be cash outlay required for negative sales. I relied on this info to transact sales of my property. Later on, i was informed i need to cough out a significant sum of cash to settle the transaction. Had i knew this beforehand, i would not have proceeded with the transaction at all. I went back to that same rep for explanation but he stopped responding to me and got the solicitor to correspond with me. I was unable to get hold of him since. Very unprofessional and unethical. No one from this law firm bother to address this with me and pretended nothing happened and just kept insisting me to pass them the cashier order (pretty obvious they knew they have screwed up but refused to address it). This will be the last time i deal with this law firm. I advise those who deals with them to have the key points of the discussion / advice documented in black and white to avoid getting played out just like my case.
s	soon bt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have appointed MCP as my conveyancing lawyer 4 years ago. Over the last 2 weeks prior to the TOP of my property, email questions to them was promptly answered. When i finally got wind about the TOP of my development on a Friday afternoon , i had expected them to inform me officially on the following Wed as Mon and Tues are holidays. But on Sat night , i actually received a formal notice from them. In addition , they actually went the extra mile to get my loan disbursement to be brought forward when i make a request for it.
