Don’t bother to make an appointment for your servicing because Mazda never attend to you on time. Servicing under warranty (for a new car less than 6 months old) took forever and recurring problems still persisting with no service follow up despite calling the service agent for the umpteenth times. Totally would not recommend!

Absolutely atrocious service. Made to wait 1.5 after the after service advisor called to inform me that my car was ready. After servicing test drive apparently took 1.5 hours. Service advisor will try to dismiss any issues you have until your warranty has ended. Unable to rectify faults when pointed out. Cutthroat pricing. 350 for tyre rotation , engine oil change and engine filter replacement. Better off going to third party workshop for competent service.

My son bought a second hand Mazda 6 (2 years 5 months old) on 8 July 2021. Less than a month, the driver's side mirror developed intermittent problem. Sometimes cannot fold. Today, he sent his car to upgrade the USB Hub and installed Android Auto for S$340, and the same time to check the intermittent side mirror problem. Surprisingly, Mazda replaced both left and right side mirror motors, engine mounts and belt for free (under warranty claim). Remarkable improvement in service quality from all previous poor reviews I have read. I am impressed when my son feedback to me when he reached home today. Luckily my son didn't send his car to outside third party workshop for repair. Thank you Mazda. Good effort.

Very disappointed with the Service Center. 10k servicing 1- 7pm 6hrs Was told to come back at 5.30pm Why have a booking system if you don’t know how to schedule your timing?

Service center not only for mazda but also for MG cars servicing n been doing my MG servicing there which was fast efficient n reliable with service consultant Iskandar n Jimmy who are helpful

During 10k svcing, I asked to check on the intermittent flapping noise coming from passenger ac vent/glove box area. So they came back that they fixed some loose wiring which was causing the noise. Few days later i noticed the noise going on again, apparently the issue was not fixed as claimed. Frustrated, I remove the glovebox and saw there was an A4 size paper stucked inside causing the noise. If i can see the A4 paper, i don understand why the svc team cant. I really have doubts about their svc standards.

The worst centre comparing to Leng Kee and Pandan. The receptionist is rude and impatient when I called back to ask about the collection time as the service advisor didn’t bother to answer my calls. The appointment was morning and the car was still not ready for collection at 5.45pm I think Mazda still doesn’t see the importance of having a good after sales service! I wouldn’t consider to buy another Mazda! They removed the baby car seat and left my car with all mess!
