★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience I encounter on 30 Aug; very different from my many past experiences. (I went to the shop at 29 Aug; such a big difference in service of the 2 different person I encountered over the 2 days. The attendant was very patience and helpful on 29 Aug)
But the staff I encounter on 30 Aug seem hurried, uninterested (even when I am the only customer in the shop) and even rolled eye at the questions I poised. I may not be very techno savvy but I really think the attitude attitude is very lacking.

The iPad screen protector was out of stock but he called me immediately once the stock came in. He was more concerned about my devices than I was. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a privacy screen protector and it came off in within a short period of time, paid $35 for it and felt that wasn't worth the price for such a quality. Decided to contact the store, they responded telling me to go down to the retail store. Retail staff were kind and understanding enough, got a replacement done (matte protector), lady even offered a refund thinking I had paid more for my privacy screen protector. ?? Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change my iPhone XR battery here . As of today still showing unknown part . Salesman stated that the battery they wanted to install is original that costs 100$. I got it installed and no battery indicator was indicated here, the technician state that it will be gone after 15days. It has been months and now the battery indicator is showing unknown battery part. I highly DO. NOT recommend this shop and I will not patronize this shop in future !!!!!!

Now it's managed by personnel who used poor quality OEM parts and bring up excuses to customers when issues are bought up. The personnel scolded vulgarity when he ran out of excuses and lost his cool.
Please do not patronise this shop for phone repairs.
