★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THe mcdonalds manager gave the wrong order to a service lady. The lady is old and she even said that she was scolded by the manager, she was even crying when she came to us to apologise. Should give the manager a punishment (the manager also threw a couple of drinks into the bin because he was angry with the lady. Please take this into much consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lucky to have been able to get the hokkaido salmon. seems to always be sold out. it did have real salmon but very thin. which made the batter seem thicker but not bad. the slaw on it does have onions in it for those who don't like onions. still better than fish fillet. which is my go to. i couldn't remember what ovaltine tasted like since it's been a while. so the mcflurry was a good reminder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was poor from the manager. Lady by the name of Fion Hu. Kiosk was packed with people. I already know what I wanted to buy with cash and wanted to make payment at the counter. But this disrespectful person rejected me off in a rude tone and refuse to take in my order from the counter but to take from the kiosk instead. There was nobody queueing at the counter at the time and she rejected me from ordering and purchasing from the counter.

They were in the midst of fulfilling a very big online order and you can see many bags on the counter. However, they could still keep up with the current ongoing orders and provided pretty friendly service!
Despite the weekend rush, I didn’t have to wait long for my order. My Chicken Mccrispy was fresh and hot ?????
Appreciate the hardworking and polite staff here & will come back for sure :-)
