D	Darrell Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nothing special about the decor or the location of your restaurant at Hougang 1 BUT there is something special in the people and/or the culture From the kind staff doing the ushering during the pandemic lockdown, to the friendly aunties who help to prepare our takeaway food and those great ladies who ensure the tables are clean…all of them provide great service. And today, we chanced upon one of your managers Ms Devi, She was limping but still coming to work to smile and encourage the staff and greet guests. She spent time talking to my kids and offered a pack of hot fries as the one we were having turned cold. This is exemplary service straight from the heart and I think she is one of the major driving force behind the great culture at this restaurant.
M	Mushi Mushi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macdonald burger price has increased so much. Sausage mcmuffin with egg set has increase from $5.40 to $5.80. Jump $40cents. Like that eat subway better $5.90 lot of veggie in burger healthier. Or kfc cheaper wrap set oni $5.65. Now Mac is not more economical fast food already. Sob!

The manager guided us through the mobile ordering process, and table service was excellent. When we asked for a takeaway bag, the staff gave us a medium pack of fries as she saw our leftover fries were cold by then. Keep up the good work ladies!

The queue system is one of the most lousy I have ever seen. Everyone cluttered at the counter for their order which is 1hr away. The queue was not running in sequence. The service is the worst and chaotic ever for a fast-food restaurant, what make it worst is Mother’s Day. What’s a disappointment for all the moms…I will give no star if I can.
M	Mel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Ordered at 1.17pm only got the food at 2.06pm and that is after 2 follow ups! If not, I don't know what time we will ever get our food! They are supposed to be fast food! But we waited for almost an hour! We only ordered 2 meals and a happy meal. Surely wont even come back at this branch ever again! We've never eaten in any mcdonalds before that we have to wait for an hour!

K	KK Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are Macs and then there are Macs. Been to this outlet 2 times for breakfast and the food was the best among all the outlets I have been to in recent memory. Maybe I was lucky but the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, hash browns were hot and crisp without being overcooked and mayo was spread evenly across patties in McChicken muffins.
D	DR GOH PENG YANG DAVY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A special thanks to the staff Ms Annie Chua. She was very thoughtful and kind. She offered to make balloon sculptures for my daughter. She went through the extra miles to check with my daughter on the type and colour of balloon my daughter wanted. A very good method by Macdonald to build up the relationships between kids and Macdonald. And of course, you need someone like Ms Annie to provide the extra personal touch making the whole experience great! This happened to be one of my best experience in Macdonald. And great to get to know such a wonderful staff like Ms Annie. Wonderful experience! Strongly recommended!
