★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night security at the gate called the residents when police coming in to check on their noise level as they were partying till 1am. Residents pay security Guards to warn them of police presence?? Only Criminals do that I Guess.

Amenities include a playground, vending machines, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, reading room, BBQ pits and lounge. Sizeable function room available for parties and other gatherings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security shouted at me to "get the hell out of the condo" and "get lost" when I waited in the car along the double yellow line to pick my daughter up from her enrichment. There were no available visitor lots and I was not blocking the way. He could have suggested an alternative politely but kept shouting at me to get out of the condo immediately even though my young daughter was already on the way to the car. Very very unprofessional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guard in the Security agency by the name of Association Securite Company GradeB is much more better than previous agency 10years back ago, all the officer was very friendly and eventually very firm on house rules given by Property management and I'm very safe in my estate here. My visitors had always pleasant them. Happy living in Pandan valley.
