No aftersale service at all.. item not delivered as promised after 40 working days.. WhatsApp / Facebook pm always same reply.. Praying hard my items won't come defected, as what others feedback on their FB. Worst live seller on Facebook.

Awesome products sold by Mdada. KOLs are pure entertaining n delivery so far so good.. Admins are helpful too. Kudos to Mdada…

Bought some items from their Facebook livestreams from October to November, during live streams promised delivery within 40 days then changed to 40 working days then 15 Feb but still not delivered. For one item that was received, it looks completely different from product showed during live stream. The company has thus far not agreed to my requests for refunds even though items are not delivered by promised timeline or item delivered is not per what was shown during livestream. Yes, not happy just move on. I will never support Mdada or any products/services endorsed by its “celebs” after my lousy experience. Singapore is a small market but there are many more platforms out there waiting for my viewership and support or i can buy directly from retailers instead of intermediaries. NO BIG DEAL if i do not buy from this company!

Item not delivered after more than 50 working days. No response, aftersale service or standard reply from WhatsApp, Facebook PM or Livestream. Regretted buying from them, (tot they are celebrity, should be trustworthy). End up worst buying experience..

Love their skincare range. The products work well for me and the hosts are entertaining! Always looking forward to new products introduced by the hosts and guests. Thank you for making my skin better!

They are entertaining. Products especially skin care are slighter better than what's available in the market but they need to improve on their customer service a lot more! You will observe they address comments and questions promptly regarding new business / orders in their livestream. When it comes to questions on delivery, pending orders, they avoid it. You need to ask several times and you might not even get an answer. Jialat!

I’m so surprise and happy to meet Mdada online platform to buy my Karl bag!!! I use to have very terrible experience while online shopping but I decide to give them I try as I saw what I want on their side. The period from I order and receive was just within 2 month time. In the mean time I do contact the customer service quite frequent as I’m afraid the nightmare that I have last time happen again, the customer service are so patient to answer every of my question and calm my worries ! Thumb up to the team. Excellent experience that I ever have ! Will continue support Mdada!

To be fair, most people only write bad reviews and forget to give compliments for good ones. I have been supporting Mdada for a good range of products, from crystals, skin care, overseas goods etc. The deliveries are all good timely and good. The 3 bosses, their team are always doing their best to help. There may be delays in all the previous Europe orders but their latest US orders are all timely and all received in good conditions. Their skincare products are good - ranging from doctor’s product made in Singapore , which are for sensitive and problematic skin users. Many users have benefitted from these, even myself and my family. They even give good promo to local food businesses, other local businesses, local Aesthetic partners as well, and this helps local business especially during the Covid period. And locals benefit from these promotions too! Why pay the full price from the shop itself or some overseas heavily advertised brands when there are good locals ones here and with reviews to help you decide to take up or not? There are many other aspects that people do not see.
