★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of greenery but it also bring with it mosquitos.Thought the management fog weekly it seems to have push the mosquitoes further up the unit. I have lived in landed before but honestly there is more mosquitos and bugs here and I lived on the 4th level. The heavy rainfall imply the balcony are always wet. You need to have all weather blinds or else you cannot use the balcony space at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been staying for sometimes. this place is calm and nice to stay, it is surrounded by beautiful landscape and well maintained.
There are 2 swimming pools that helps to spread out the people, hence the pools are not busy or crowded.
My unit is not near the main road.. it is very nice an quiet throughout the day.
I enjoy my stay here very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management. The moment something is complained about it gets removed immediately, kids don't get too experience a childhood because everything has been banned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet environment. Ample car parks for residents and for visitors.
Facilities are well-maintained and the areas are well-kept and clean. The security team are professional.
There are also the famous prata that is within walking distance.
Great place to live.
The main issue, is the road direction is one way! Once you have exited the car park. You have to exit the condo and make a big U-turn to enter the condo gain.
