The worse SEO company ever. I paid for it and they never deliver. Never trust the sales girl. The technical staff are unable to deliver and blame it on my website. .4 months later!

Im one of the many victims of Top3 media, also beware of Web Designers Pte Ltd whom is a subsidiary of Top3 Media Pte Ltd, always give empty promises, my e-commerce was delayed more than 1 yr but yet to function until today!! Their director Mark Ho and Jan Lee always missing in action when complaint was escalated to them. BEWARE!!!

Terrible, terrible experience. Paid for a domain on the 23rd of February, and more than 16 hours later, it's not even functional yet. Support team went for LUNCH instead of working on my problem. Called more than 10 times, and apparently,their "web domain" guy went home at 3.30pm. This has cost us more than $100 today as our web design guy is just sitting there waiting for them. Thanks!

Received invoice for my domain name renewal charge, paid and cheque clear by Top3 Media. Domain name expired when "expire date" reach causing my site to be down for period of time. Found that Top3 Media NEVER renew my domain even after they clear my cheque. Have 2 domain name under them, both suffer the same fate on different period. Decide for yourself.

I took their package to create our company's e-commerce website. Their sales girl have many wonderful promises and I trusted them. So I paid for it in full! And so my nightmare begins! Their staff are irresponsible, full of excuses, constantly delaying things that they promised and is always playing hide and seek! Do not even bother to "complain" to their "directors," as you will only be wasting your time, cause nothing gets done after that anyway. Pardon my strong and judgemental words! Given that I am totally at their mercy and is helpless! I had to resort to a write a pathetic review here to warn others. If you don't believe me, email me and I will sent you evidence! It is almost 5 months since I paid in full and the website is still not complete and they don't even care! 28 May 2015 I finally consulted my lawyer again to begin a civil law suit. Shortly after they delivered a perfunctory e-commerce site that disappoints. In the end, I did not sue as the cost and time is just not worth these monsters! Be warn, they uses various names to pitch sales! for example web digital . com. sg... This is how I was trapped into signing up for them because they will use multiple different names to pitch for business. The "marketing director" charges CHEAP prices. If you are into CHEAP STUFF, low quality, hate responsive staff and LOVE bad attitudes. Then this company is for YOU! Don't tell people that I didn't warn you. How can we warn more people about them? I feel so sorry for all the future victims if these people are not brought to justice! Email me if you know how.

this company is a scam. they took 1 year 3 mths to develop a website which is not responsive. we have to engaged 3rd party company to analyse the entire website and lo and behold we found scripts were written inaccurately. Extensions were installed wrongly. Mobile site layout haywire. went down to talk to them and the GM, Mr Vincent Wong is rude and shrug off by saying we will see you in court. In addition they use Web Designers Pte ltd to invoice us and when we checked on company register, the company was not registered at all. We r filing police report for fraudulent. This company is a total scum. They just want your $ but do nothing. They took my money and refused to refund me. It's totally scumbag.
