J	Jane O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today for a dental visit, Commonwealth Dental Clinic was highly recommended by a friend and I could completely see why. I had a little bit of tooth decay and cavities and I've also been considering braces for quite some time but was concerned about cost. There are 2 sides to the clinic, a Medical side and a Dental side, the Dental receptionist was very polite and kind and made sure I felt comfortable. When it was my turn for my dental appointment, Dr Linda was so patient in mapping out the different routes that I could take that were fitted to my needs. When scaling, polishing and giving me tooth fillings, Dr Linda was very gentle, and checked if I was alright every now and then. Her assistant was also very helpful and I left the dental clinic with a big smile on my face! Thank you so much for the excellent and professional service rendered, Commonwealth Dental Clinic (:
T	Tiang Siew Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening hours stated to be from 830am to 1230pm. Arrived clinic at 1145am only to be told that clinic is already closed. Receptionist was rude and disgarded my existence when i was standing at the reception. Will not recommend this clinic at all.

The receptionist are so kind, when it’s my turn she called my phone and ask me to go in and consult Dr Gwee immediately ????? if you are sick, please go early to Q, because clinic will stop registration at 12pm

m	ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son visited your clinic this morning as he tested positive for covid this morning. He holds a MHC card (working in Unimatec). Before he went to your clinic I told him that he do not need to pay anything including the $10 which normal patient has to pay as he is under MHC. He came back and told me that he has to pay . I went to your clinic at around 4plus and asked your staff why my son was charged $10 when you could bill the $10 to MHC. Your staff replied that MHC does not cover URTI. Are you sure. Co-incidentally I am working in a GP Clinic and we see a lot of MHC patients with URTI and we are able to claim. You just have to select PHPC J069 Acute Upper Respiratory Infection under the claim portal
S	Shawn Khoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived there with my boy to seek medical help for him at 440pm today. Some clinic lights were off, but the door not locked so I went inside to seek help. The receptionist (senior lady) said coldly "we are closed", although there is zero patient outside (no idea whether patient was with doctor). I asked again shall I come back after 630pm (clearly stated outside clinic that it remains open until 5pm, and evening shift from 630pm to 9pm Mon-Fri), she said "we don't open at night". I left with a bad feeling that the clinic will not care much for children and other patients. My Google home lady has a warmer tune and response than this. Good luck!
