Bought a stethoscope from them as a present for my sister. The order was processed promptly and they provided free laser engraving to personalise the stethoscope! This would had costs me otherwise. Service was amazing and prompt - Kudos to the team who are trying to work through this covid-19 situation and trying their best to meet each customer's expectation! Its not easy but thank you for putting your 101%!

Had to return as I bought a size too big. Went to their office in kallang to return and bought another set. As suggested by the staff that I will pay for the new set and the old set would be processed as a refund. It has been a more than a month and I have not received my refund. Emailed and replied will check but till now no refund. Although unpleasant experience but must say that the lady at kallang was v helpful in helping me choose the design etc and showing me the various materials available before making my selection. Where’s my refund though...waiting to get another 4 sets but holding back until i receive the refund.

UPDATE 25/2/2020 I received a call from the Medshop staff on 20/2 as per Medshop's reply. They shipped out my items that night, and I received it today. The items are in excellent condition, and I'm very happy with my buy. Only area for improvement is for them to have contacted me earlier re: delays. And to be at least contactable. ========= UPDATE: 20/2/2020 Finally received an email reply from them. Says my order is on a back order awaiting stock, should take 7-10days for stocks to arrive. Hopefully no further delays..... ========== 19/2/2020 DO NOT ORDER. I SUSPECT IT IS A SCAM. I placed my order 9 feb. Emailed on 15 feb as no follow up email. Called on 17-18th feb and left a voicemail. Called multiple times subsequently but all routed directly to voicemail. NO REPLY SO FAR.

I've ordered 5 items in an order but unfortunately only 3 items was sent. E-mailed medshop.sg and medshop.au multiple times to request for a solution, either through a refund or for them to arrange for a new delivery for those 2 non-delivered items. My request was ignored. Such a shame.

It has been 2 weeks and my order is still not yet delivered. Have tried writing and calling in, but no response at all. Please respond to my e-mail asap! Edit: Thank you Steven for the prompt assist! :) I requested for embroideries thus the delivery took longer than expected (about 3 weeks). Also, due to the COVID restrictions on warehouse numbers in Singapore, it was processed in Australia instead. However, I have a missing item in my order although the status is 'delivered'. Please kindly check through this.

I ordered cherokee scrubs through medshop. I wanted to exchange the scrub top and bottom as the sizes were too big. Issues with the exchange communications were resolved promptly. I was pleasantly surprised as Steven went out of his way by communicating over the weekends to resolve the issue. Otherwise the scrubs material are comfortable and easily maintained.

it was my 2nd purchased and it was really disappointing. Bad service, i have selected the option for AVAILABLE inventory, that's why i placed the order cos i needed for work urgently!!!!! And turn out that the scrub that i ordered was actually on back-order!! I was not informed till i asked about how come my order has not processed? Shouldn't medshop has the courtesy to actually inform your customer that? And not wait till we email in and ask!

Ordered on 21st january. Today is 24th feb and i still haven't get my items. Some items is shown as no stock but the items that i ordered did not show as no stock. Aft making payment, order show as "to back order" dispatch in 20+ days. Firstly, i think if you don't put in the website the waiting time, people will assume that it wont take this long. Secondly, if you have no stock, should state no stock and lastly, you should keep your customer updated even though we can clearly track our orders. Its been more than a month. If you realise that item has no stock after customer make the order, should inform us. Ive ordered cherokee scrubs from overseas 3 days ago and item is alrdy otw. This is singapore seller shouldnt it be faster??
