Have engaged them to do monthly servicing but airon keeps breaking down and paid for a few times chemical washing until i realised i was being overcharged for poor servicing quality.

I am really disappointed with service from Megacool. 1) The quarterly service was delayed by more than 3 weeks and nobody called per regular schedule. The service was due in last week of May but was delayed 2) The appointment which was from 12 pm - 1 pm but service man showed up on 1.30 pm, I received a call only at 1 pm that they are on the way for service. This is totally unprofessional. 3) unsatisfactory service, The service man left without cleaning anything, they didn't even bother to put anything on floor before hopping to balcony through window and made the window floor dirty. 4) 3 Months ago the AC filters were clean but how come they suddenly need chemical wash, I am really doubtful if the prior services were done properly or not. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional service from this company. I suppose that all the AC maintenance which were done by your company are incomplete, unsatisfactory and your company is nothing but looting the customers by charging extraordinary amount.

this company every quarter say need chemical cleaning despite regular servicing for my elderly parents. after i read the reviews then i realise. i am honestly and seriously disappointed on them cheating my illiterate parents. my parents have to spend so much of their money to replace parts because you don't do a job you are paid to do... and then you charge them more to actually do a job. your customer is lost forever. guys seriously, pls avoid this snake oil company

The aircon was function wrongly for the first time and after 1 week the aircon have some problem but that time technician checked and said no problem. However, same issue for the aircon happened after 2 weeks from the first time. Means that I feedback 3 times within 2 weeks! Dissatisfied with this service and very bad experience with this company
