Oreder a domestic gas cylinder and tried to explain how my kitchen one looked like. The person who answered the phone kept cutting off while talking and just asked the address. When the delivery guy came, he found it needed an additional adapter which costs about 50 dollars more and I didn't want the gas because I could also continue to use induction. I agreed on the price they said before but wasn't informed it could cost more. If I knew I wouldn't have called the company. When I said I didnt need it in this case, the agent even trying to charge the travelling fee! Not only I wasted my time but also ruin my Saturday with the poor quality of service.

I just called. The lady sounded she didn't want do business. I ask what is u1 and u2? She just hang down her phone. We spoke less than 6 sec.yet she so impatient. The day is 4 Oct about 7.27am. called 68993388. Don't buy from this company, they not interested in your business!!!:(((

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not call this company unless you want to get ripped off. I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. On two occasions, the gas deliveryman fed me a tall tale about how the adaptor that connects to the gas cylinder has expired and must be changed. The first time, I declined and the man reluctantly left. The second time, not only did the deliveryman take more than an hour to arrive, he did something odd to the the adaptor, causing it to leak. This was after I vehemently told him I did not want to change the adaptor. I would complain to the company, but I half suspect they are all in this together. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Dishonest driver from their company. Took $70 cash from my staff and asked me to paynow (which I did). Driver said didn’t take (obviously), so now we paid $140 for gas (for nothing) Just switch companies for gas if you’re dealing with them. Pfft.

I would like to take this opportunity to thanks the sales dept. On Jul-21, my helper called Megagas instead of my usual ordering from another company. To my horrific when i ordered from my previous gas company, i was told that my gas regulator was changed. Immediately I called Megagas that they had changed my regulator. Throughout our conversation with the sales dept, they delivered back my regulator on the very next day. Good job Megagas sales dept.

If i can put zero star i would! worst customer service period. This will be the only hopefully last bad review. I hate giving bad review because i know it affects the business. I usually try to. We have been using LPG from them for like 10 years already and never had a problem before. This is the second time this happened. Mostly of the interactive is usually my mum cause she can speak mandarin. First incident last month we called and the guy was late like 30 mins ++ and place the lpg incorrectly. My mum told him to place properly. This man "scolded" back at my mum. We didn't complain that time because we believe this type of service cant be a norm. Second one same thing this man didnt put the lpg properly. He and my mum argue a while. My dad called to feedback. And the lady was dismissive. Even called back to give use this bs reasons. NEVER use their service! pompous and rude! Bye I'm taking my business else where

ZERO STARS! Most dishonest company I have ever dealt with by FAR! First of all, their deposit is higher than ANY other gas company ($20 - most charge $10). Okay, so you pay the deposit and they make clear 'no receipt no deposit' saying you must keep receipt. Fair enough, or so it seems.... Secondly, what they don't tel you is a photo of the receipt will not do, you must keep the thin tiny piece of paper forever to get your deposit! Oh and you thought you were getting $20 back? Nope, they will deduct $5 transport charge! Oh and despite saying that the transport charge is mentioned on the receipt, they will not pick up 'until we have a delivery in that area' despite their receipt saying they require just 1 days' notice to pick up. So Mega Gas, you want to enforce the $5 transport fee on the fine print of your receipt, but not enforce the 1 days' notice that's printed right next to it? If you want to enforce your $5 deduction in your fine print, better enforce prompt pick up of YOUR cylinder! Horrible horrible service, rude staff, completely dishonest, and just about the worst experience I've ever had!

I have been using their services for about 2 years already. So far, they deliver WITHIN 1 hr, the fastest service I ever got for gas delivery from all my previous gas delivery services. The China delivery man zooms in, fix the connection and zooms out, so efficient ! No time wasted in small talk. I LOVE IT !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH and I look forward to MORE of such professional services.
