★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, bought a led lamps and told sales man that if it does not fit I will exchange. After i go back in few days, he says he cannot exchange as I opened the cover. Without opening how can u test. Recommend not to buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The light color temperature was what I'm looking for. However, the customer service is not that great. I'm asking them demo one of the ceiling lamp that I want to see how bright it is and to have a feel, but instead of demo the model that I want to see, they ask me to see a light bulb will do and tell me is the same. Is like you want to try out Nissan Skyline GTR and they tell you to try Nissan Sunny which have the same feel and effect. After selected a few lights bulbs place it at the counter and walk around the stall to see if there is anything that I still need, the sales person already chase me to make payment and present to me my invoice. That is the whole customer service you will be expecting!!!

Picked up some fixtures and bulbs here. While the showroom is pretty small, it does have a reasonable selection of fixtures, rail systems, and bulbs.
The Megaman products, wherever they come from, are not reliable though. Some of the dimmable ones flicker badly, another one just lasted a mere 6 months.
Staff knowledge is good but they're a bit too pushy. Often claims one type is just same as other. Also, some sale prices marked without GST - read the fine print!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience! We wanted to buy track lights from this shop, because is from our friend's recommendations so we never have any doubt with the price. When waiting for the quotation, i walk around and looking for other lights we might want to add purchase. We saw a mirror wall lamp chrome, just a slightly touch and the cover/mirror fell off and crack. Turns out THEY NEVER HAD THE COVER SCREW! And it's VERY VERY LOOSE! The staff told us once broke consider sold. We tried to explain and the staff called his boss and tell him "customer broke the light, how much discount we can give". ??!! This really pissed me off! Anyway, we paid $180 for the wall lamp (with a GENEROUS 10% discount) and never gonna go back to here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought 5 G9 LED megaman bulbs from your store on jalan bersah Road. Within 6 months 3 bulbs already blew off and new remaining 2 also flickering. Can u tell me what is happening?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meganman on the public information showed that is a German brand with products made in China. Notably the finished and holding of the lighting are great.
I visited this shop 3 times to get D150 and D100 down-lights. I also bought the D430 smart ceiling light.
The lumens and Kevin temperature work as specified. Well specified and detailed product info for users.
I would recommend you to test their products out for your home.
