I’m a total newbie when it comes to shipping, absolutely clueless on prices, terms and conditions, even the lingo. Found Megaton on Google, filled in the inquiry form on their website, and received a detailed and professional reply within the hour with a very reasonable quote, much to my surprise. A couple of shipping companies never got back to me, and some took a day to reply. From then on, everything moved smoothly with Megaton. Hilyah, who handled my job, was patient and professional on the phone and in her emails. The cargo was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition, within the delivery window provided. The driver rang ahead to make sure I was ready to receive the boxes and moved them quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Megaton, my first shipment was a success. They made it feel so easy to move my 2cubic-metre cargo from port to door (including removing packing materials), that I will be using them for future shipments.

RUN AWAY from this company!! If I can rate them in negative I will. They mislead you and give you good rate and two days after bringing your shipment and doing the payment and confirming the receive date with them they call and ask for more money to meet the same date which you agreed with them on at the beginning, otherwise come and take your bags back!!!!! This is exactly what happened with me. The disaster is that their MD is the one who did that (not normal sales person). She works in muscat airport. She gives you a smile and treat you very well and give low rate to attract you and once you do the payment and deliver the goods she’s completely different person. She started blaming the operation instead of taking responsibility of what she has promised or find me convenient solution!! The above happened although I confirmed with her 4 different times (1personal meeting with her. 1personal meeting with her sales person. 1 call with her, 2 times messaging). Completely wasted my time and effort and ruined my whole day. If you are really want accurate and professional Company run away from this place and never consider it. They are looters.
