Mei Hao 99 Catering - Woodlands Loop

Our order no was #3071 and the menu we ordered was a 9-course min-buffet. One of the dishes was the signature chicken curry. While the curry was up to satisfaction, it seems that there were more potatoes than chicken. All other dishes were up to satisfaction. I would suggest to the catering company to leave an email address in their confirmation email if they value customers feedback to improve their business instead of a "do not reply" one way email.

Last Saturday, 27 June 2015, the buffet catered for my nephew's wedding lunch was excellent with not too oily and salty dishes. All dishes were cooked up to our expectation and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. My sister's office and her colleague had used Mei Hao 99 catering service before, hence she had decided to use it for her son's wedding too. I had recommended it to my friends too after trying it on Saturday !

Had their packet meals service and the food was horrible. Vegetables were undercooked, felt like I was biting a cable tie. Another dish was potato with say, 5 mushroom strands? Countable with 1 hand. Terrible. Chicken breast was given and it was tough, dry and tasteless. All other food were tasteless except for this 'crab' stick which is instant frozen food. Ordered 20 days, regretting on first day. Food portion is small and yet it is costly. Affordable? Maybe. Cheap? Not really, there are many other alternatives out there. Worth your money? Definitely no. You be the judge. Note, after ordering, you cannnot get ANY refund if you want to terminate early (even if it's the first day and you still have 19 more days to go) so, if you want to get 20 days, do it at your own risk.

They are an established caterer, and provide menus for Weddings, Corporate events, Birthdays, Mini Buffet, Bento sets etc. Mei Hao 99 is also a member of ACAPS - Assn of Catering Professionals, Singapore.

Ordered buffet catering and several guest feedback that the food were above average. Those that especially stands are: coffee pork ribs, curry chicken, and beancurd w/ crabmeat. It's also the only caterer that I know of that serves orh nee which was popular among my guest.

For the price and the quality of the food i would like to give 5 stars. However, the person picking up the call really tarnish Mei Hao reputation. She was impatient Mei Hao should move with technology to use PayLah or PayNOW payment nowadays. Alot of people already do not have cheque facilities and to draw cash to make payment is so old school.....The driver and the same person who set up the buffet was fantastic and timing was right. So in fact i should give 5 stars, however, because of the phone taker and the payment method, i can only give 4 stars for Mei Hao to improve to gain their 5 stars! Hope to give you 5 stars the next time :)

We ordered the catering in the past. Good portions of food and nice taste from the menu. During Circuit breaker period, we saw their pamphlets offering food delivery around Woodlands, Sembawang and Yishun at $3 per packet with minimum order of 3. We decided to give a try for a few days. Today, we tried their dinner - chicken w dried chilli, breaded crabstick and daily vegetables. With great expectations, we were happy with the generous portions. Let the pictures say the rest of the words! Ordered more days for lunch / dinner... quick and convenient!
